AiWebLifting provides an interactive, automated artificial intelligence assistant widget embedded directly on the customer's website. The assistant interacts with website visitors via voice and text, answers questions based on publicly available website content, assists with website navigation, and records visitor contact requests and inquiries.

3. Pricing and Plans

The service is provided under monthly subscription tiers, which may include an initial one-time setup and training fee. Current subscription tiers defined in our plan specifications:

• Starter: €29/month (one-time setup fee: €29) — includes 200 monthly conversations and 30 minutes of voice interaction.
• Growth: €79/month (one-time setup fee: €49) — includes 600 monthly conversations and 120 minutes of voice interaction.
• Pro: €199/month (one-time setup fee: €99) — includes 1800 monthly conversations and 400 minutes of voice interaction.

Custom setups or agreed custom fees are detailed on the individual acceptance page prior to checkout.

4. Billing and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our authorized payment processor, Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the currently paid billing period, and no further automatic charges will occur.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under European Union consumer protection rules, individual consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, for business customers (B2B contracts), and where digital service provisioning begins immediately upon express agreement and payment, the statutory right of withdrawal is waived once performance has commenced.

6. Acceptable Use and Customer Responsibilities

The customer is solely responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, and maintenance of their own website, products, and services. The AI assistant must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful purposes, nor to distribute malware or violate third-party rights.

7. Limitations of AI Technology

The AI assistant automatically derives its responses from information retrieved from the customer's website. While we implement strict factual grounding and guardrails, generative AI responses may occasionally be incomplete or imprecise. Customers and end-users must verify critical operational, medical, legal, or financial information independently. AiWebLifting does not warrant that AI answers will be free from all errors.
